1. Become a Property Manager

Property management may be a good fit for you, especially if you have a lot of free time. That way, you can make money without taking the risk of owning a home. This is a great way to make money on Maestro Rentals without leaving your home. Many people wish to rent out their homes but lack the time to do so.

This is where you will make your entrance.

So, how does it work properly?

You will strike a deal with the owner of the property to oversee all elements of the property. After each booking, you will respond to guest messages, check on guests, replenish amenities and turn over the property.

You’ll start by telling them how they can make two to three times more money renting their home on Maestro Rentals. This, I’m sure, will raise the homeowner’s eyebrows, and they’ll want to know more. That’s where your offer to manage their property as Maestro Partner. In other words, you get all the benefits without any risk.

  • Browse for properties
    1. Great Location (accessibility from the airport, train station, bus stop, and the views, garden view, ocean view, mountain view, lake view etc)
    2. Great Style (check the home decor, facilities and amenities )
    3. Great Price (Pocket friendly rates, check the max number of guests)
  • Engage the property manager or host and setup an arrangement
  • Register as a host on Maestro Rentals
  • List the properties
  • Start Earning

Finding property owners is a simple task.

The best place to start is on Booking.com, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, where you can find people who have listed their homes/properties.

The next step is to get the contact of the property owner/manager.

  1. Make an inquiry and give the host your number. for example: “Please contact me through 0703and690and890”, do not forget to put the “and” in between the phone digits to avoid being censored by the system.
  2. Once the host contacts you can propose an arrangement that earns them significantly more customers than Booking.com, TripAdvisor or Airbnb.

  1. Filter the properties using “apartments” and “book without credit card” options
  2. Select suitable properties, book without credit card,
  3. Once you submit your booking, booking.com will provide the property manager’s phone number in the booking confirmation

This method will earn you money, but it will necessarily require a more practical approach. You have to find a suitable property on Booking.com, TripAdvisor or Airbnb.

3. As an Affiliate

To Become an Affiliate you need to complete the sign up form. Once you complete the form, you can login and start affiliating.

How do affiliates earn money?

Affiliates can be compensated in many ways from commissions on the sale and flat fees paid for the completion of a form, to bonuses paid on the types of visitors you send. Each partnership is different in terms of payout structure and rates.

How does affiliate tracking work?

To track the activity and effectiveness of affiliate marketing, you need two things: an affiliate link and a cookie.
